요즘은 4 분할 운동을 하고 있어요
화요일은 가슴, 목요일은 등
토요일은 어깨, 그리고 일요일은 하체운동을 합니다.
약점인 어깨와 하체를 주말로 진행해서
더 많이 시간을 할애하고 집중력을 높이려고 합니다.
운동 시작 전에 꼭 스트레칭을 합니다.
스트레칭을 안 했을 때는 자주 다쳤는데
이제는 안 다쳐요
이제는 제 운동 무게를 찾았고 조금씩 증가시키려고 노력하고 있어요

these days I do 4 divide my body
I ususally do Tuesday chest, Thurthday back
saturday shoulders and Sunday is legs
I think My weakness body is shoulders and legs  
so I'm trying to focus that routine and do more time
before work out
I alwasy do stretching
it's super important because When I was young I didn't stretching
so I got some injury
but now the problem has completely solved
stretching is awesom
and I found my weight and I'm trying to raise it.

These days, I follow a four day split routine.
On Tuesdays, I work on my chest,
and on Thursdays I do back exercies.
On Saturdays, I focus on my shoulders and
on Sundays I train my legs
