I enjoy going to parks both by myself and with other people.
When I'm alone, I usually take long walks.
Seeing the beautiful natural scenery helps me clear my mind and also aids my digestion after a meal.
I also have a running crew.
As I mentioned before, Ansan Lake Park, near my home, has excellent rubberized running tracks.  
They were replaced recently, so they are quite new, very strong, and soft.
When we all go together and run, it feels like I run much better. Anyway, I feel I run faster and better when I'm with my crew compared to running alone. I think that's a big reason why people like having a running crew
